Michele brings more than 20 years of experience in talent development, with a proven track record of building development programs that enable organizations to attract and retain top talent in an ever-changing environment. She brings the leadership and energy needed to advance this investment in Outcomes associates and provide them with the skills needed in a growing business.
In her new role, Michele will lead talent development and training across all of Outcomes’ business segments. Her focus will provide the foundation for developing leaders who can support associate success and growth, enabling Outcomes to serve its clients better each and every day.
