Payments FAQs

When do I get paid for completed clinical opportunities?

Payments for completed clinical opportunities are deposited monthly, approximately 75 days post-completion of the opportunities. For example, opportunities that were completed and validated in April will be paid in June.

How do I know what you are paying me for?

We are working on enhancements to the Patient Engagement Center so you can see your opportunity detail on the reimbursements earned. In the meantime, please call our support team for assistance.

Do I need to complete a W9 to get paid for clinical opportunities?

Yes, completing a W9 is required before Outcomes can deposit funds. You can securely complete your W9 form by

Do I need to complete an ACH form to get paid for clinical opportunities?

Yes, you will need to complete an ACH form to get paid for completed clinical opportunities. You can access that form by clicking here. This will enable us to both pay you via direct deposit and bill you for services you pay through Outcomes via ACH. 

If you would like to only be paid via direct deposit but would not like Outcomes to bill you via ACH, please fill out the refund-only ACH form by clicking here.

I receive services through a partnership, such as my PSAO. Do I need to complete the ACH and W9?

Yes, without the required forms we be able to deposit funds.

What do I do if I didn't get paid for completed clinical opportunities?

Please reach out to Outcomes support if you did not get paid for completed clinical opportunities. Please keep in mind that funds are deposited monthly, approximately 75 days post-completion of opportunities.
