Outcomes is excited to announce the continued investment in its Pharmacy business with the appointment of Josh Howland, PharmD, as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Pharmacy Operations.
Josh brings more than 18 years of pharmacy experience, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and best-in-class businesses throughout his career. He brings leadership, energy, and industry expertise to help Outcomes continue building a Pharmacy business that delivers exceptional experiences for clients, pharmacists, and associates.

In his new role, Josh will lead Outcomes’ Client Call Center, Implementation and Professional Services, and Client Success teams, as well as the company’s new Client Experience Center in Kansas City. His focus will be on strengthening the experience of Outcomes’ current clients, listening closely to their evolving needs, and ensuring the company continues to invest in the people, capabilities and solutions that create the greatest impact.
