RETURN POLICY

What is the Champions Program?

It’s a flexible, points‑based engagement program that recognizes pharmacy partners for sharing insights, participating in community activities, and collaborating with Outcomes.

 

How does it work?

  1. Register to join the Champions Program
  2. Engage with Outcomes activities and opportunities
  3. Earn points for your participation
  4. Advance tiers and redeem rewards over time

This is an honors‑based program designed to recognize sustained engagement and long‑term partnership.

Is participation required?

No. The program is completely voluntary and designed to fit your schedule. You choose when and how you participate.

 

How do I earn points?

You earn points by participating in eligible activities such as:

  • Engaging with Outcomes content
  • Sharing experiences or workflows
  • Participating in discussions or events Specific opportunities and point values are communicated as they arise.

Do my points expire?

  • Lifetime points never expire.
  • Redeemable points remain available until they are used for rewards.

 

 

What can I redeem points for?

Rewards may include merchandise, credits, experiences, or limited‑time offers. Available rewards may change over time.

Can I transfer my points?

No. Points and rewards are non‑transferable and tied to the participating Champion.

How do I know my point balance?

Your current balance is tracked internally and may be shared through periodic updates or upon request, depending on program communications.

Can Outcomes use my testimonial or content?

Any public use of testimonials, quotes, or stories will follow normal approval processes. Participation does not grant Outcomes automatic rights without consent.

Can the program change?

Yes. Outcomes may adjust activities, rewards, or program structure to improve the experience or ensure governance. Major updates will be communicated.

1. Program Purpose

The Outcomes Champion Program is a voluntary engagement and recognition program for pharmacy partners who want to help shape the future of Outcomes products, share their expertise, and connect with a broader community of innovators. 2. Eligibility

  • Participation is open to eligible pharmacy partners invited by Outcomes.
  • Champions must be in good standing with Outcomes to remain active in the program.

3. Participation & Activities

Champions may choose to participate in activities that fit their interests and availability. There are no required quotas or minimum activity levels. Examples of activities include:

  • Champions earn points for eligible activities.
  • Points may be tracked as lifetime (total) points and redeemable (available) points.
  • Lifetime points do not expire or decrease.

5. Rewards & Redemptions

  • Points may be redeemed for approved rewards including gifts, credits, or promotional offers.
  • Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

6. Program Management & Governance

  • The program operates using standard Outcomes systems to maintain transparency and auditability.
